Facebook has decided to introduce a dual-class stock structure, just like Google. It seemed very controversial for them to do, because they give certain shareholders much stronger voting rights than others.The use of seperate classes of shares to protect the voting contro; of a narrow group of investors. Facebook will convert all current shareholders to class-B stock, according to the Wall Street Journal, which first reported the plan.
